Challenge № 1 January | « Find a habit that makes you feel good »

Phew, a new year is beginning. In January, we are in the bedroom, a quiet place where we take care of ourselves.

For this first challenge of the year, we suggest you find a practice to do alone that makes you feel good.

It doesn’t have to be yoga or meditation every day! We are clearly not here to force ourselves to do anything. Choose something that allows you to let go of life’s little annoyances and stresses.

It can be taking a nap, going out for a walk without a phone, spending the last hour of the day reading, meditating… but it can also be boxing to let off steam, or setting a time when no one is allowed to disturb you.

In short, this week’s challenge is a time for you to relax and unwind, every day if possible, and at least every week.

You deserve to have time and be relaxed!
